I must unplug and then wait about 5 seconds, then replug to get my old hp pavilion to boot up. Otherwise I get: Operating System Not Found”.
This is for the HP Pavilion XT878 desktop running Windows XP Pro SP2. BIOS: Phoenix Technologies LTD 3.34 09/04/2002.
