Mutiple Gateways and IP’s in W2000 pro

Windows 2000 Pro allows you to add mutiple static gateways and Ip’s, is there any way of auto switching between them? I have a person that uses a laptop in two different subnets and would like to make it so she can just plug and play without reconfiguring her Ip’s at each location…We will be going DHCP later on but right now we are static…
