My Acer laptop crashed.. what should i do?? (i need the data)

i have an Acer TravelMate 3200, with a Toshiba MK6025TGAS HDD.
2 days ago i had it running and i was on iTunes listening 2 music as i
got a bluescreen. the messages told me that the computer was
dumping physical memory to prevent problems and then it shut down.

i started the thing again and it was working fine for like 10 minutes,
and then it started making a buzzing noise from the HDD and the
computer was really hot. Then the bluescreen came up again and the
system froze completely, and after1 minute the whole thing died.

i didn’t want to do anything more in fear of that all my work that was
saved on the HDD would be lost.

now when i started it it won’t enter windows. it just sits in the
startscreen with the Acer logo. so i opened BIOS and tried to go to the
BOOT menu but when i try to go from the info tab to the boot tab it
just freezes up when i get to the Security tab..

what should i do?? i have all my work on that HDD :#
