I get an erro message saying, “The device, \Device\CdRom0, has a bad block.” I don’t know what this means. I’ve tried several different cd-roms, but none work. I’ve tried several different troubleshooting techniques, but to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this problem, or do I have to contact the manufacturer?
