My color and pixels will not reset,HELP!

I had the virus known as yaha.j@mm a worm virus and i got rid of it and somehow it destorted my color it is stuck on 16 colors and the lowest pixels 640×480 and everytime I reset it and restart my pc it comes back on in reg mode and looks like the safe mode. (grey clouds) PLEASE HELP ME RESTORE MY PC OR FIND A SOLUTIN FOR IT!!
