hello all….
my problem is when i try to install any software on my computer …. it restarts by itself!!
i think it restarts when writing data into the regisrty.
i formatted my comp…and it happened with the first software i tried to install…
i aslo disabled all startup services and software but no use.
is it hardware issue or what?????
