Alright, I just upgraded to WindowsXP Professional on my home computer. When it comes time to register windows and enter my product key, I can’t. My “u” key will not work when I need to enter the product key, but you can see that it’s working fine now. I did the registration first, typed in the city where I live – Baton Rouge. No problems there, then the part where I need the product key comes up and I can’t use the “u” key. I can’t do anything else on my computer until I enter the product key. The only reason I am able to get onto the internet to post this thread is because I clicked to see the Microsoft website to get Internet Explorer open and then came here. If anyone can give me any ideas of what may be wrong and how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. I borrowed another USB keyboard from a friend, and my computer still won’t respond when I type “u” for the product key. Thanks in advance.
