I cannot boot from a CD or anything else, and I bought a new hard drive and It didn’t work either. Whats wrong? It keeps giving me the error STOP 0x0000007B on the blue screen of death no matter what. This is an almost brand new Dell E520 with a 250 GB hard drive, 1 gig of ram and intel duo core processors
