i have a d600 laptop latitude that excepts a charge but when i turn it on it is a blank screen and then shuts off after about 20-50 seconds i figure it could be the system board but i dont know i tryed to hook it up to a crt moniter because i thought it was the lcd then checked the ram no luck there and switched out the hard drive i am pretty much stumped so i think its the system board please help me thanks
