My Documents folder in Drive C

by tarlander . Updated 25 years, 4 months ago

I believe I’ve screwed up by moving ‘My Documents’ folder from Drive C to Drive D. I’ve tried to move it back into C but am not allowed access nor can I create a new ‘My Documents’ folder in C. I’m using Office 97 and Microsoft Publisher in which Publisher and any of 97’s apps that deal with documents give a “ERROR Invalid dynamic link call to a DLL” message. When I click the ‘CLOSE’ button of course it shuts down the application. The only app that doesn’t do this is EXCEL. Notepad also does it.

Any suggestions other than a quick bullet to the back of the head?
