I use Western Digital External Hard Drive (WD800BEVE), 80 Gb. When i plug-in my HD into USB Port, the computer didn’t detected my HD. I try to use the Device Manager and also open my external case and take off the head of my HD, but nothing happen… I just bought this hard drive about 3 weeks and i feel very dissapointed. I try to use different computer but also, nothing happen. I use Windows XP Professional.
