My external hdd was working pefectly up until one day when i tried to access my documents on it.It gave me some error message that i should check redundancy and that i should reformatt it.On which I tried to reformatt,but keeps telling me that windows cant reformatt the ”H/drive”.Any one please help,all my important stuff is in there.
