My goodness, are they that bad?

I have just been contacted by one of RESCUECOM reps, but going by the coments I have read so far about these guys concerns me. Are they really as bad as some of the coments suggest–SCAM, LIARS, etc? I don’t wanna get myself into time-wasting/dead-end jobs stuff, too busy for that. Help Anybody!
