My ISP is too expensive…alternatives?

c’mon guys…Bill and Cactus Pete.I went on Omegle and asked a bunch of people if they thought i had a vanerial disease and 13 out of 27 said yes the remaining 19 said “who are you?” to which I replied”c’mon…Bill and Cactus pete.You know where i can find a dime of kush?”
