My Keyboard & Mouse Stops working and starts after restart

My KeyBoard & Mouse Stops working suddenly when i work on my computer and starts after i restart my system. I found that when system starts its works fine but after windows boots it stops after using 5mins or my Machine dont recougnises mouse
