I have a Sony Vaio Intel Pentium III 600 Mhz laptop with 64 MB RAM in it and i had bought my system from the shop of Best Buy Fort Lauderdale Florida 2 1/2 (two and a half) years ago with Windows 98 installed in it. 1 and a half year ago i upgraded its RAM from 64 MB to 128 MB. I have tried running Windows XP SP2 and Windows 2000 Professional installed on it but couldn’t run it for longer than 3 to 4 days because after 3 to 4 days whenever i connected it on the internet it showed me a Blue screen showing some kind of error and then simultaneously a reset and the it kept on resetting itself and i couldn’t run windows properly on it until i installed windows from the scratch on that. My laptop runs very slow on 128 MB RAM which i had upgraded. I have tried many RAM freeing softwares and they notified that the ram is not enough….
