My Leyboard begin the show

I updated by windows programs from windows update, and I later tried the 2007 version of office. After running the citrix atrix and veiwing the demo veersion I tried to down loan a trial version, at the same time I wanted to send a mail, which was when I found out the when I press shift+2 it resulted in ” and not the usual @. Now I am pressing shift+” to get the shift @, and vis-a-versa.

Can anyone help me solve the problem.
