My main domain controller A is crushed

I have a domain ,where A is the main domain controler and B is the backup domain controler,now A is crushed ,I already setup windows 2000 on it, how will I restore the backup of systemstate of(A) on it(A) and work it as it was before, I want it work as it did before without hampering my domain
