My Network Places(Windows ME)

By kowalsdm ·
I can now get connected to my NTserver at work. But when I go to 'My Network Places' in ME I can not access my files with the same commands I used in old Win 98 Network Neighborhood.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Dennis

I will take a guess, after connecting to the network, you will have to change the commands for WIN ME,because it is now a client to the computer that you are connecting to,so the commands have to be reset to allow you to access them thru WIN ME.

check your tcp settings ect

winme normaly finds the computers itself
I also have found you need to log off
and then log on to access on winme
