can anybody help me?, if i turn off my pc and open it again the mother board will open, all fan will open even the cpu fan but it cant boot up, BUT if you turn off again it will boot up in a normal process. so evrytime i power off my PC i need to power on 2 times for it will boot up again.
pls need advice.
