Please help me on this one. My PC doesn’t start whenever I press the switch-ON button. I tried to look inside my CPU and I found out that whenever I press the switch-ON button of my CPU, the fans (CPU fan, and other cooling fan) spins and stops immediately. I tried to replace my Power Supply but the same problem still happens.
