My pc keep freezing and i have to restart i, why and how to fix?

My pc keeps freezing randomly and i have to restart it using the power button im on my phone right now since ive tried writing it on my pc but it froze :/ i dont have the exact specs if you need them ill try to get them for you though
8 gb ram
gtx 1060 3gb gpu
intel core i5 cpu
2tb hdd storage
256gb ssd storage
i use ssd though
pc is prebuilt btw

once in a while i get a windows error message instead of the freeze and the codes i seen are: like 1/20 of the times but probably even 1/30

irq not less or equal
system service exception
another one i cant remember
ive tried doing what i do normally with task mnager on top to see the cpu gpu usage when it crashes but the only thing ‘abnormal’ is just the power usage overall thats on very high by 1 program thats normally java chrome or roblox but ive had the softwares i have for over a year and it didnt happen please help i need to find out what it is and how to fix it .

Just points to a PC in need of some repair. It could take any one of the usual cures such as reload the OS, scan for malware, clean vents, heatsinks and fans to needing new heatsink compound or replacing a failed fan.

Since the exact make and model is not supplied this means I can’t see if others with the same model have reported issues and see if there is something common in the failures.

Monitor Temperatures

Keep an eye on the temperature of the GPU and Processor. That can be an issue, also get your PSU checked as well.
