My PC Wont Boot. Keep on red light

Hello Expert,

Please help me with my mess. My computer is working until I replaced my computer case and PSU into a new one.

Right after I turned on. My pc did not response. Only red light on my case appear. It is not blinking.

The cpu fan keeps on whirring. I removed the cmos battery and put it back after a couple of minutes and nothings happen again. I tried to put the old PSU and still wont boot. I tried to removed the 2 module ram or tried it one at a time and still my pc did not response.

I can't here any beeps from the speaker. What motherboard does everytime I turn on the pc was cpu fan keeps on whirring and the Red LED infront of my pc is lighting progressively. It is not blinking.

Please help me guys.

You may have fried something, possibly the motherboard. Disconnect the drives and pull and daughter boards. Turn the unit on. Pull the motherboard from the box and plug in just the psu and monitor on a static safe space (wear your static strap!). Do you have a meter? Check the voltages. Is the psu set for 110 or 220 volts?
