When I look at the tracking tab in sent items, the status is NOT being updated for read receipts I can see that I have received. I have tried having NO rule at all, letting the software move them after processing, and writing a custom rule. None of them seem to work. I get back the read receipts, they stay as unread until I click on them and the tracking tab does not get updated. I am running Outlook 2003 with a cached mailbox, if that helps anyone…..
