my software running SQL database

the client pc..whenever do printingfor tht sql software, the cpu usage goes up to 100%…causing the client software runs slow..(if i stop printing, no problem)

For normal Ms office such as excel, words printing, no problem

why??
I am using ms Windows 200 w SP4 and all the updated patches…

Any idea??
