What OS you are having?
Which motherboard is in your system and the configuration like RAM, etc.?
What errors you are getting?
If you give more details anybody here will try to help you. Otherwise not possible!

Service Pack

Which Service Pack is installed?
Are all the updates installed?
Which ASUS M/B?
No errors, I am not satisfied with the answer whn you are saying your system is crashing. See the event viewer.
As you mention you are into Technical/PC support you should be able to diagnose the problem by now.

Well the Model of the M'Board and type of RAM would help

But start off with entering the BIOS and checking that the Hardware is being correctly reported. Things like the CPU Speed, Installed RAM and HDD Type and Size are what you need to look at.

If that is all OK try doing a complete spread of Diagnostics on the hardware. You can get the Ultimate Boot CD from here

http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html

And then test your Hardware.
