Being in the IT business is my life, going from administration to Professionalism, it’s ok ones you reached there. In the way though I have been in hundreds of troubleshooting situations where you know what is wrong and what is needed to be done butget (up-spoken) by a higher position fellow engineer with a different solution, and of course experience, you know deep inside that its not the right or whole solution for the problem.
After few days of implementing his way and loosing the time in doing that, you end up with the same problem coming up again, and only then every one can listen to what you have to say. This happened to me a lot … If somebody had the same experience please share it with me
