Has anyone run into the problem of using My Verizon Mobile on the HTC Thunderbolt? I go to sign in with my used ID and password (the one I’ve always used to access my account online) and it tells me the user ID and password do not match – even though they are both correct. I’ve even tried restoring the phone to factory settings, and still get the same response! Any one have a solution to that? I went through 4 Verizon techs and a customer service person…and they finally suggested the software loaded on the phone is corrupt…
