my wife’s keyboard and mouse wont work. the light on the mouse comes on and when you first start the computer the lights on the keyboard flash then nothing. i tried to do a system recovery but the keyboard wont operate so it wont let me push f10 to start the recovery. please help we just payed this computer off. thank you
