My windows 8 does not recognize printers, even though the USB ports works for other USB devices like flash drives. Each time I try to install a printer, when it gets to detecting the printer, it reports that the USB device has malfunctioned. What do I do to resolve this problem. Also I am unable to install primopdf and other pdf printers. Please help
