This is a dual boot machine (nt4.0 and W98), I recently upgraded this machine SP6 and reapply the security rollup hotfix from Microsoft.
Everything worked fine after the upgrade. However, the problem was started when I connected the machine to the Nescape ftp site through my ISP dial-up to download the latest Netscape version 6.1 the machine froze. Now, each time I try to boot into NT Workstation, the PC stopped at the blue screen and froze. There were no error messages. I had tried to reboot, power down/up, VGA mode, and “last known Good configuration” the machine but the problem remain the same. The machine worked fine when I boot into Windows 98.
Does anyone has any suggestions for me to solve this problem?
