my windows xp does not save the current settings, i cant get the file on the destination where they have been saved, or the the files i’ve deleted did not get deleted(appears agin, i m also not being able to format c drive or reinstall the xp, as i got the error msg “U can not be an administrator”, please help me out solving this problem
