If you could, download McAfee's Stinger and run it.

This is a standalone virus/worm/trojan removal program and can be run from CD (if you burnt it).
This is not a full version and by no means should replace a regular antivirus program.

Stinger is an executable file (a little larger than 700KB), can be copied to a floppy or burnt to a CD, and run from it.

It detects well known virus/worm/trojan (MyDoom, Nachi, Klez, Nimda, Netsky, and so on). Exact number varies depending on Windows.

The file has been renamed, you should be able to just delete it. With Nachi however, you need to download and install the RPC patch first or your machine will likely be reinfected before you can download and install the patch.
