        If it is just in the morning, then the autoupdate feture is probably trying to run then and is erroring out.

      Geek2d was going in the right direction – the file you listed is a McAfee file (Network Associates, Inc is where the NAI comes from).

      Microsoft says the file is a filter driver.

      I would un-install McAfee, do disk maintenance (delete temps, scandisk, defrag) and then re-install the McAfee. I would then make sure I had all patches and updates for it.
