Your virus protection needs removed and reinstalled, then updated.

If it is just in the morning, then the autoupdate feture is probably trying to run then and is erroring out.

Geek2d was going in the right direction - the file you listed is a McAfee file (Network Associates, Inc is where the NAI comes from).

Microsoft says the file is a filter driver.

I would un-install McAfee, do disk maintenance (delete temps, scandisk, defrag) and then re-install the McAfee. I would then make sure I had all patches and updates for it.
