NAT Configuration for VSAT connection

by onyimo . Updated 18 years, 6 months ago

Please someone help me. I am presently running Win 2k (Adv.) Server, though I will do an upgrade to Win 2003 soon, and have been trying to do NAT for my users. I have a range of static IP addresses given to me by my ISP along with DNS addresses. I believe they have their DHCP running.
I already have two NIC on one of my member servers. The VSAT router is connected to my LAN thru a cisco switch. When I change the IP settings of one of the NICs to the configuration given by the ISP this server is able to connect to the internet but after trying to do NAT so other users can connect to the internet thru this server nobody is able to connect.
Please is there any other thing I need to do achieve this?
Secondly, is there any other means of getting my users connected to the internet thru this server other than NAT.
Thirdly, I would like to run a good firewall when I eventually achieve this connection (preferably ISA), can I do this?
