NEC monitors & Jaton video cards

Since installing Jaton 3dforce2 mx-64 video card & nvidea adapter driver (dated 6/14/02)My nec multisync fp950 will NOT power down(go cold)in ANY win me power scheme.The only action that occurs is the screen will black out but the monitor remains on.DL the latest nec monitor driver,Monitor ipm Enabled or disabled.Result remained the same.Note:The monitor does shutdown properly using svga video adapter driver.Nec-mitsu&Jaton tech blame each other.
