I finally got the puter to recognize my DVD R but will not recognize the blank dvd it is sony DVD R 1-16x, I have tried the tool that changes the burner to a 2500 and that worked but I have tried all kinds of flashes and none of them ever work certainly I went through each and every step carefully and repeatedly thinking I may have errored in the instructions and done it so much I am certain I did it right, someone please be kind enough to hep me I am not terribly computer smart but learn quickly oh and I am running windows XP PRO with SP 3
