    need a driver

    I have searched unsuccessfully so far for a driver for a two port PCI paralell card (LPT). I have Googled it and tried Driverguide with no reasonable results yet. Can anyojne help with this please? The vendor name is unknown but the model number is PCi-9715-2P. The driver is required for Windows XP Professional with SP 2.

      I don’t think your need driver for Windows XP or Xp SP2, as it install automatically, check whether your PCI card is OK

      Apparently I do need a driver for it. The PCI card is working fine. It was taken from another computer where it had been working without trouble.

      Is there an FCC serial number listed on the card? sometimes that can help in hunting down the manufacturer. Check it out on this site:

      If so, try this link for the driver:

      http://www.mecer.co.za/drivers/oldftp/Add-On_Cards_&_Controllers_for_Pci_Bus/Netmos/

      If this is not the card or driver, please post details of what is written on the controller chip on the card.

      You might be able to find a generic driver for the controller, or get a link to companies that used the controller by searching on the controller part number.

      You can also try to manually install the card using the Add Hardware Wizard.
