Need a good tutorial for Regular Expressions.

Before you hit me with the Google-stick, I was hoping for some editorial reviews on which one you think is best or at least helped you understand them. Either PHP or Perl syntax is fine.

I know it’s probably something you’ve already done, but I started with the manual itself. I think this particular page defines an expression so even I could understand it. And, that says a lot! 😉
