Need a packet simulator

Hello,

I run one of the labs at Network General. Network General is the maker of the Sniffer line of products. I’ve been given the task of finding packet generator to simulate devices from the MIB and packet perspective. We need to be able to generator packets for firewalls, swwitches, routers, load balancers, voip, citrix, exchange, siebel, peoplesoft and SAP. This is probably a tall order. I’ve done some searching on google, but so far haven’t been able to find what I need.
