Where is the best place to start looking for a programmer? I need to create a whole new software that deals with the funeral feild. Will need information, and samples of work done in past. the programmer must know how to create the application for 95, 98, nt, 2000, xp , must be able to have 24×7 support. Would like to start this ASAP. So please help. Thanks
