I need a scanner that can scan a mandate (small passport photograph with a signature and address of customer)of about 7X8 inches and the size of the file(jpeg) should be 28kb. Most importantly it should be able to scan about 50-60 of these mandates everyday. Right now I use HP Scanjet 5200c, 5300c,and 6300c models.But I am having problems with them . They don’t seem to last. I think it’s becos of the amount of scanning done.
Given these criteria what kind of scanner do u suggest. I need something that is very strong and can produce averge quality and if possible not too expensive.
