Specifically I need:
~Shareable calendar type system that has e-mail capability.
~The task at hand is an I.T. systems test that needs to be conducted every 3 months.
~2 weeks before the deadline an e-mail needs to be sent out reminding the person assigned the task that the test results are due in 14 days.
~If a week elapses with no response from the person assigned the task an e-mail is escalated to another/secondary person.
