I am about to open up my own business, and need feedback on two areas for now:
1 anyone who has experience, good or bad on the ASCII group, their level of services etc.
2. A decent backup program. I was using Vii on my last job to backup customer’s HD on our machines before reinstall, or just cleaning out malwear.
