whatever they are paying you, it's not enough! aren't those all in ones a joy to support? what is the problem you are wanting the firmware upgrade for?
i visited the hp website and i think i see your problem. if it were me, guess i'd try emailing hp...sorry if you have already...
and i was really looking forward to a handsome reward. even a ordinary looking reward...

The few times I have received firmware updates for HP products have been from either contacting HP tech support, or being on the updates mailing list.

You can try searching their FTP site, but it is difficult to find a specific file there unless you know the file name.
