HI,
I want to make some database for my company employees so that they don’t have to call helpdesk for small queries like Printer configuration, configure Outlook etc.
What I want is to make somekind of URL or website which they can use to get answers of their queries instead of calling IT helpdesk.
PLease let me know how I can set-up that kind of databse or website?
