before this change i answered directly to the CAO now i answer to the Director.
my company has recently implemented Directors 6 in fact one director covering multiple dept. managers. Im ok with this however im not ok with the fact that the director in charge of I.T. has no i repeat no I.T. experience or training, in fact they are the director of Finance and administration I.T. has just been thrown into that mix…
how do i convince the CAO that this is not the way to do business??
administration consists of 9 different dept.’s and I.T. is one of them…how can they possibly think that a person with absolutely no knowledge of I.T. can direct it??
I need solid arguments to change his mind that this needs to change….
