Need help in setting up a network server

I have been charged with getting my company on line and setting up a mail server & a web server to host our web site. Also would like to share files and printers for the office to get rid of the multiple printers.

Depending on the size of your company and how many users there are I would outsource the web hosting to someone else. $60.00 per years for a solid company is hard to beat. You can also get 1000 mail boxes to use also. If your a larger company I would still out source the web hosting and bring an email server in-house.

For the printing stuff is fairly easy. If your running HP printers you can put a network card inside of them or you can get an external printer server from HP or Axis. I think D-Link make a print server also. These can be plugged into your network and managed from your print server.
