TR members have no way to verify that you're the rightful owner of the laptop and will not provide information on how to remove a BIOS password. The best advice you're liable to get? Contact Dell.

that we do not assist in PW cracking. And if they want to do it still, a pay-for-service site is considered OK.
However, I disagree with linking these sites, it appears to be OK because it is not free advice.

Sorry Larry, I didnt see your post, but if it linked to a free site, or any cracking site, it would have been stripped easily!

I am usually right on board with the whole craking thing. But ironically I was flipping the BIOS chip on a Dell in the office and saw the post and I sort of just directed them to the same you tube movie that shows you how to wipe by removing a um...

Now your gonna get me in trouble again.
