Need help with a router suggestion.

By rbiggs ·
My business has a small peer-to-peer network with 4 computers and and inexpensive DSL Router. I am considering a T1 digital connection for high-speed access to the internet and email (Can't get DSL or cable). Is there a good inexpensive solution for a v.35 router?

Inexpensive solution?

As long as you know how to properly configure your router (which the phone company should assist with if upgrading to a T1), then the best way is to find out what routers are incompatible / compatible from the phone company, then jump right onto e-bay.

Believe it or not, there are some excellent cisco routers there from company upgrades that come with 30 day / DOA guarantees... at 1/10th the cost.

Cisco has several good routers that will work for you.
